Post by loco »

Hey guys

i have not been on this site for a while and since i was here last it has changed

i would like to add blu rays to my collection but now everytime i am loged it is says i have to log in to my account in order to add blu rays to my collection but i already am loged in at this point

and i cant even get to any other page like my wishlist or collection anymore if im loged in only can get to this forum page

but if im not logged in i get to the the main stats page and my whishlist and collection but can add as it says i have to log in for that

am i missing something here?? or has this site become a forum only site or somthing ??

any info would help

Hello, I think when I updated the forum to fix the spam problem the cookies changed.

I will need to check into it and fix the code.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I will try to get this resolved ASAP.

Cheers! DAve.

BTW, this new version of the forum is much easier to deal with the spammers. :)

Hi Dave,

I just joined a few days ago - awesome site - really very helpful for a blu-ray newbie.

Just one question - i'm sure a few days ago when I joined there was the ability to sort by 'genre' as I somehow was able to sort music/concert blu-rays (which is my area of focus - I was looking for concerts which have good quality audio (96 kHz / 24 bit)) - but the ability to search by 'genre' seems to have disappeared today (or did I have too many holiday drinks?). (The audio filer is still there for 24/96).

thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay,

I don't think you have ever been able to sort by genre.

As you noted you can filter by audio depth and bitrate.

I have intended to add a tag or genre filter - perhaps I should do that :)

Cheers!
