How to add X-Men Trilogy to 'My Collection'?

Post by E55 KEV »

I find the separate titles but not the box set. I can find/add all my other box sets. Thanks.

After a while I stopped including the box sets that are simply a collection of single discs.

Does the XMen set contain anything that is not available in the singles?

If it does I should add it as a separate release... otherwise you can perhaps just log the three single discs?

The box set has more content and disc than each single release. Each movie in the box set has 3 disc and the single release movies are only 2 disc. I hope that helps. Thanks.

Oh, interesting.

I will look at adding it as its own entry then.

Thanks!

You should be able to add it now...

Thanks a bunch. I love this feature especially where it adds up the price.

Glad you like that feature.

Personally I find it scary! :)

I searched last night and then aging this morning but can't find it. I also tried the ASIN from Amazon (B001PPGAKS) & SKU from Borders (024543581314) but nada!

Hrm.

You found a bug in the code! :)

It should be fixed now - after fixing it I was able to add using either code.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Cheers!

Ok, I found it. Thanks. Note that it comes up with this Canadian profile:

(CA) X-Men Trilogy
http://www.blu-raystats.com/AmazonCA/Am ... B001PPGAKS

Also, it can not be found under "Searches" doing either "Search for Exact Titles" or "Search for Vague Titles".

When added to my Collecation the studio is listed as "20th Century Fox" and all others are just listed as "Fox". This makes the entry 3 lines instead on just 1 line. The studio block for this entry looks like this:

20th
Century
Fox

Amazon list the MSRP as $79.98. This entry states $92.52

That is odd.

I realised myself that the searches still work off the old database - it will take a little while before they work off the new one.

I am not sure why it selected the Canadian entry - that is just wrong.

Sorry that this has been such a pain for you.

If I recall correctly it is probably in the system properly, just perhaps not listing correctly - especially if the Collection list also needs to be fixed to work with the new database....

Ok, so the only reference in the collection is actually the EAN / UPC number, and it looks like along with the searches, the Collection still references the old database.

So basically it will list funny until I fix that, or add the title to the old database also.

Sorry for the mess... I am sure it will be another month again before everything works right after the database and server change...

Cheers!
